What To Avoid When Finding Motivation To Lose Weight
*Non-supporters. It is so hard to do something that is getting opposed by those around you. If there are people in your life that don't support your decision to be a healthier, thinner you, then avoid them or at least avoid telling them about your goals.

Try to surround yourself by those who do support your efforts and who will be encouraging.
